Collab Group is looking for a Business Development Manager!

Key purposes of role

  1. To contribute to the achievement of the Collab Group’s strategic objectives; supporting the two existing Business Development Directors and to achieve a personal target in line with the overall commercial team objectives.

  2. To provide project management support in developing proposals, managing partners, contractual commitments and preparation of reports.

  3. To work tirelessly to ensure the positive representation of the Collab Group and the Further Education Skills sector.

  4. To lead by example- demonstrating a commitment to equality and diversity at all times.

Key accountabilities

  1. Work as part of a highly motivated, focussed commercial sales team, selling apprenticeships and training to business customers.

  2. Responsible for generating leads and appointments, taking ownership of the full sales cycle.

  3. Account managing existing clients as required to develop further business opportunities.

  4. To be responsible for the successful implementation and development of major national training programmes won by the Collab Group.
