As part of the Collab Group strategic plan, we work with our member colleges to share practice.
We believe that by learning together, we can improve aspects of college operations and deliver the highest professional and technical education possible.
Through collective action, we are enhancing the capacity and capability of our colleges by sharing ideas, insights, and people through the networks of our college leaders.
We have developed a series of networks to enable more effective sharing of practice in areas that reflect the common needs of large multi-site college groups such as pedagogy, HR, the impacts of devolution and operating in a competitive market.
We are developing short term secondments programmes and shadowing programmes to develop greater insight, deepen the experiences of our people and strengthen college networks.
We have created a series of Senior Leadership Networks to foster debate, inform policy-making and share ideas. These Networks cover curriculum, HRM, marketing and commercial activities.
